Local crews

Support staff come from the community around the work. We do not fly in a temporary gang and send them home.

Training is the job

People learn on live poles, foundations and commissioning — then they work the project. The knowledge is not a pamphlet. It is the shift.

Employment where there is none

In places short of work, a Persea site is a wage and a reason to stay. The asset is the lights. The impact is the people who can build the next ones.

Join a crew

Live on the corridor. Work the corridor.

Tell us who you are, which project you want, and whether you can stay for the job. We train on the shift — drawings, poles, foundations and commissioning.

A selling point we mean

Specify a crew that still lives on the road when we leave.

Ask for community training in the mandate. We already run it on Street Lights and the household solar programme — it is how we staff a site.
